What we collect

We only collect what you give us: your email address when you request a free guide or newsletter, and any details you share when you book a call or buy a product. If you use the BusiFit app, it stores the training data you enter so it can build and adapt your plan.

How we use it

To send the resources you asked for, to deliver coaching and products you buy, and — if you opt in — to send occasional practical tips. We do not sell your data, ever.

Who processes your data

• Email delivery — sent from our own domain via our hosting provider (Green.ch, Switzerland).
• Payments — Stripe and Payhip handle checkout; we never see your full card details.
• Call booking — HubSpot scheduling.
• Fonts — Google Fonts may receive your IP address to serve typefaces.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or unsubscribe at any time — just reply to any email or contact us. Under GDPR and Swiss nDSG you also have the right to data portability and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

Retention

We keep your data only as long as needed for the purpose you gave it, or as required by law, and then delete it.
